77cbc Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 77cbc platform ("Platform") and all services provided on it. By registering an account or using the services on 77cbc, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali. If a translation exists in any other language, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. If any part of the Terms seems unclear, you may contact the 77cbc support team.

• These Terms form a legal agreement between you and 77cbc.
• Using the platform means you have accepted the most recently published Terms.
• A notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect.
• If you do not agree with the Terms, stop using the platform and contact the support team to close your account.

2. Eligibility & Account

2.1 Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use 77cbc's services. Online gaming must be legal in the country or region from which you are accessing the platform. It is strictly prohibited for a minor to operate an account or for anyone to create an account on behalf of a minor.

2.2 Account Registration

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts may be cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and complete. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time.

• You are responsible for keeping your account password secure.
• Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, notify 77cbc immediately.

2.3 Updating Information

If your contact details, banking information, or any other registration data changes, please update your account or inform the support team. 77cbc will not be held responsible for any transaction issues arising from outdated information.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount

77cbc currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawal processing generally takes 5 to 30 minutes.

• Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• 77cbc reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.
• Any incorrect amount credited due to a technical error will be reversed.

3.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No conversion to any other currency is required.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳16,000 gives a ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳31,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Other Promotions

77cbc may offer various promotions from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page or banner. Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically permitted.

• 77cbc may cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
• Promotions may be changed or discontinued at any time.
• VIP programme benefits are tier-based — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

5. Fair Play Policy

77cbc is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games offered on the platform are operated through verified software providers and outcomes are determined impartially.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:

• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Using software bots or automated tools.
• Money laundering or fraudulent activities.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another user's account.

5.2 Game Operator Decisions

If an incorrect winning amount is displayed due to a technical error, 77cbc reserves the right to determine the correct amount. In such cases, 77cbc's decision shall be considered final.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Account Suspension & Closure

In any of the following circumstances, 77cbc may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• Use of the account by a minor.
• Instructions from legal authorities.

7.2 User Rights

You may close your own account at any time. Before closing your account, you may withdraw any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements being met). To request account closure, contact the support team.

In any case, 77cbc's maximum liability will be limited to the actual amount of the transaction in question.
